What's the difference between an admin and a viewer?
Admins are users with access to the admin application, where you can create and edit data.
Viewers have no access to the admin application but can see view links. Viewers do not require any configuration, so you can give view links to contractors and other outside collaborators.
Do you offer a bulk discount for large numbers of users?
We do not charge a per-user price. Prospero licenses include an unlimited number of admin seats.
Our fiscal year won't turn over for a while. Can I get a contract term shorter than 12 months?
We can accommodate non-standard contract terms to line up with your fiscal year. Please reach out to sales@prosperoapp.com with your request.
Can I pay by by check, bank transfer, or other non-credit card method?
Yes! We can support most payment methods. Please reach out to billing@prosperoapp.com with your request.
Is there any extra charge for TV mode?
At this time, there is no additional charge for TV mode. You can activate TV mode across multiple devices at once.
We are actively monitoring TV mode bandwidth usage and may introduce an additional fee in the future to cover our costs.
