What do I get in the Professional plan?

The Professional plan includes all core Prospero features, including:

  • The Prospero calendar, including all layouts and format options
  • Unlimited events, projects, locations, people, items, and tags
  • Unlimited views and sharing
  • TV mode

  • Sync integrations with Outlook and Google Calendar
  • Up to 5 GB of attachment storage, including images

What do I get in the Enterprise plan?

The Enterprise plan includes everything in the Professional plan, plus:

  • Priority support, including highest support ticket priority and additional training sessions
  • Single sign-on with your authentication provider
  • Security reviews and optional on-premises deployment
  • A service-level agreement to guarantee application uptime
  • Custom billing arrangements

What's the difference between an editor and a viewer?

Editors are users with access to the admin application, where you can create and edit data. You are charged the per-user price for each editor.

Viewers have no access to the admin application but can see view links. Viewers are unlimited and do not require any configuration.

How do I get the non-profit discount?

We offer a 10% discount on contracts for registered non-profits. We accept copies of your organization's IRS Determination Letter, most recent Form 990, and state-issued Certificate of Good Standing as proof of non-profit status. Do you offer a bulk discount for large numbers of users?

We offer bulk discounts on large numbers of users for Enterprise plan customers. Please reach out to [email protected] to discuss your needs and get a quote.

Do you offer any other discounts?

We offer a 50% discount for actively enrolled students. We accept an email from your school email account and a scan of your student ID as proof of enrollment. Please email [email protected] with your materials or if you have any questions.

Can I pay by by check, bank transfer, or other non-credit card method?

Yes! We can arrange alternative billing for users on our Enterprise plan. Please reach out to [email protected] with your request.

Is there any extra charge for TV mode?

At this time, there is no additional charge for TV mode. You can use an editor user account to activate TV mode across multiple devices at once.

We are actively monitoring TV mode bandwidth usage and may introduce an additional fee in the future to cover our costs.
